Scope and access

Yurei Studios develops software and creative projects. These terms describe Content Factory, its current owner-operated desktop application. They do not grant public access to the application or cover future products automatically. This website offers no account registration or upload service.

Consent and YouTube

Content Factory uses YouTube API Services. By using Content Factory, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Agreement to the privacy policy is also required before using Content Factory. The new acceptance check is not yet active for existing accounts; this consent requirement does not mean the application already enforces acceptance.

Connecting a YouTube channel requires the owner’s explicit approval, authorization through Google, and confirmation of the intended channel. The application requests only permission to read YouTube account information and upload videos. Google consent is separate from agreement to these terms and the privacy policy.

The current upload workflow supports private videos only and requires separate approval for each upload. Connecting an account does not approve publication. You must have authority to manage the channel and the necessary rights to upload the content.

Current limitations

The new privacy-policy acceptance and data-management controls have not been activated for existing account data. These terms state the required consent; they do not claim that every existing installation already enforces it. Historical records, backups and past AI sharing remain under review, as explained in the privacy policy. These limitations do not waive applicable Google or YouTube requirements.
